“Bringing a mutually beneficial project to life in a city as complex as West Palm Beach required more than funding or approvals — it required alignment. Paul helped us bridge communication gaps between city leadership, commissioners, community partners during a critical phase of the project.

His steady presence, clear guidance, and ability to translate concerns into collaborative solutions changed everything. The tension eased, the vision unified, and partners who had felt stuck finally moved forward together.
