Paul's multifaceted experience shines through in his ability to seamlessly navigate complicated projects and situations. His track record boasts a series of turning challenges into success stories and bringing alive many inspiring new properties. A true maestro of revitalization, Paul has developed new projects, rejuvenated tired, old properties, always crafting vibrant spaces that bring people thrive in.
One of Paul's most cherished roles was as Mayor and involved spearheading the revitalization of an entire town that was stuck in stagnation, infusing it with renewed energy and a genuine commitment to community renewal. The town went from being a tired town without a vision, to becoming a very vibrant community housing one of the premier vacation resorts in the nation, that Paul brought to the community.
Paul's journey began over 25 years ago when, alongside his wife—an accomplished architectural designer—he embarked on an extraordinary adventure. Together, they purchased an abandoned gravel pit and ingeniously transformed it into an award-winning cabin community, garnering accolades from esteemed publications, including the New York Times.
However, Paul's passion extends beyond the realms of real estate. He is a true community builder at heart, having served as a church planter for a Hispanic church in the US, collaborated with a church in Africa, and contributed to the establishment of a Christian school and orphanage in Kenya. Paul and his wife also co-founded a free online Bible college, impacting the lives of over 15,000 students worldwide.
